As a Life Coach, I (Kayla) am not providing healthcare, medical, or therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issues. The information provided on this website or through sessions are for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Please note that Amunah Coaching can’t take any responsibility for the results of your actions and any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use of the information or advice given. Please use your discernment and conduct due diligence before taking any action or implementing any plan or practice suggested or recommended by Amunah Coaching. Amunah Coaching shares educational and informational resources that are intended to help the Client succeed in Life Coaching. The Client nevertheless need to know that their ultimate success or failure will be the result of their own efforts, particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the Coach's knowledge and control.

Always seek advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before undertaking a new mental health or physical health regimen. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking one because of information you read or receive from Amunah Coaching. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider first.

Refund Policy - the basics

You have up to 3 months to schedule your sessions. Any sessions not used within the 3 months will be forfeited.

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to contact@amunahcoaching.com The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Amunah Coaching. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds.

If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Amunah Coaching, The Client will not be able to receive a refund of the remaining balance. Through discernment of Amunah coaching, the coach may allow a refund through medical or life emergencies. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Amunah Coaching will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Amunah Coaching, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.

Coaching

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Amunah Coaching. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:

Once Amunah Coaching has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
